Staying and working in the UK without the correct documentation can often appear an impossible situation.  However, it is often not as clear cut as the UK Border Agency make out and we may well be able to help you if you fall into one of the following categories:

Work Permits

Sadly it is  not unusual for an overseas student to come to the UK to study legitimately only to be told they cannot because their bona fide learning institution is not  compliant with the latest regulations.  Rarely is this a situation that is insurmountable, but you need the right legal advice to ensure you can begin your studies and earn your qualification.

Appeals

The regulations with which the UK Border Agency works change so quickly that often they are not compliant with the latest rules.  As a result, many original verdicts are overturned and therefore if you have a judgement against you forcing you to leave the UK there is a good chance that it could be reversed.
