Tom Blackburn joined McGuire & Partners Law Firm in 2015, bringing with him over seven years’ of experience in dealing with all areas of private and commercial immigration.His experience in personal immigration includes applications under the Points Based System mainly Tier 1 (Investor, Entrepreneur & Graduate Entrepreneur), Tier 2 (General and Intra Company Transfer (ICT) for both long term and short term staff) and Tier 4 (General).
